But it wasn't from being mute, having ASD, was intersex, or that her abusive, drunk father forces her to work in his mechanic shop for zero pay. No, it was the fact that she could make things happen without even meaning too. When upset, Alex can make lightbulbs explode. Hurt people accidentally by breaking their bones or sending them flying across the room without touching them. Make the ground beneath her tremble and so much more. Alex knew something was different with her, that she was indeed a freak. But not everyone thinks that. One day, Alex is dragged into a whole other world after helping a beautiful girl her own age with her broken car. A girl who called her mate. Little did she know, how much of a roller coaster her life will become after that.
