Eggman has finally succeeded with capturing Sonic the Hedgehog! He already has so much planned, but first he wants to test a new invention of his on him, but his experiment goes terribly wrong and turns Sonic into a monstrous being with the ability to go invisible and to infect other's with something everyone refers to as the EXE virus. Eggman goes to Sonic's friends for help, Amy gathers everyone else once Eggman explained his intentions of being there, so Eggman, Amy, Knuckles, Tails, Rouge, Sally, Cream, Shadow, Blaze, and Silver are forced to work together so they can find out how to cure Sonic and all who get infected by him. Will they succeed to find a cure or will they fail and lose their beloved friend to a horrible virus? Only time will tell...

When they accidentally misuse the Chaos Emeralds, Sonic, Silver, Knuckles, Espio, and Shadow are teleported to a different universe, the gang volunteer for a the day and night shifts at Freddy Fazbears when they find out the owner will pay anyone who can get through a week as nightguard a Chaos Emeralds he found.

Sonic and his friends all finally get the chance to relax after 2 months of fixing things up after the EXE Incident, meanwhile, an old villain is creating a new team of villains that are all too familiar to the gang, will Sonic's friends find a way to get rid of the villainous team or will they give in to the villains threats?
