Winter approaches fast and Karlie doesn't know if she has the nerve to ask Taylor, or if Taylor is even interested. Taylor is a senior in high school. She spends nearly every day with Karlie during study hall and enjoys every minute of it. The way Karlie makes her feel, she knows there is something unique about it, but she's unsure of herself. Two incredibly shy friends. One dance. No looking back.

Karlie is being constantly bullied at school. Taylor, the popular girl, helps her then forming a plan where they fake date each other to get the bullies off of Karlie's back.

Taylor is an All-American girl, with her parents being the pillars of their community in their small town. The ideas of being a good woman was something that was ingrained in her since she was little girl, but what if those ideas were uprooted in a way that Taylor never saw coming?
