Jay finally builds up the courage to talk to the girl. Nya finally gets the nerve to ask to meet her online crush in real life. In their pursuits of love, they break each other's hearts. A short little story to celebrate the holidays. Editing was light in this story due to general holiday busyness. Apologies ahead of the time.

This is a short story I came up with and decided to write and put out quickly. It takes place after Seabound, so brace yourself. After Nya merged with the sea, Jay starts to reflect on their yin-yang promise and if it meant as much to Nya as it did to him. The oceans start to stir in Ninjago, storms start brewing, and Jay finds out if Nya remembers him at all. Flashbacks are in italics. Thank you for reading!
