Hunter was also diagnosed with CIPA, or Congenital Insensitivity to Pain at a young age. Because of this he couldn't feel pain or pleasure which led to a hatred for women, and an addiction to watching others suffer. Until he met Raven. He became obsessed with the woman who stayed up late every night reading books about murder, drinking coffee at all hours of the day. He found himself following her,watching her every move. Problem was, she never paid any attention to him. Raven was always focused on Jackson, her boyfriend. When Hunter decides to kill Jackson in front of Raven then steal her away, her world gets turned upside down. Instead of Raven falling in love with Hunter like he'd planned, she begins falling in evil. NOTE: This is the one and only romance I will ever write. 1st Draft. So how do you meet a killer, or in my case, a serial killer? You would think that I would meet him in a darkened alleyway, or perhaps on a hike through the forest as I unwillingly stumbled upon his bloody dumping grounds. That would make for an adrenaline-filled start to our story, our dance of death, but that's not how it happened at all. No, I met my killer where a lot of people meet these days. And no it wasn't on tinder or with any of those other damned dating apps. He wasn't that kind of serial killer. No, I met him at the local grocery store, I met him at my place of work. Just my luck right? Some would call it destiny, but in all honesty it was all just a throw of a dice, and a late night shift at work that needed to be filled. Warning: This twisted story is not intended for a younger audience. It will contain violence, sex, foul language, death, mind games, and so on. Stop reading if you are easily triggered by such things.

"Do you have any idea how close fear smells to arousal?" He asked, his words making my breath hitch. "They both make your blood race in your veins and thicken your scent. It's making my mouth water little one." He spoke softly. Tears filled my eyes as horrible thoughts began to occur to me and I deeply regretted ever leaving that room. "Fret not my darling, I'm not going to take you tonight even though I so desperately want to. I won't force myself on you." He promised, but seeing as he had made another promise tonight that he had already broken, I had little faith in him. "Now hurry on up back to my room little mate. If I catch you out of bed again tonight, I won't let you go so easily." He said, pulling one more deep inhale before releasing me, stepping back. Those of the upper class compete with one another by comparing the number of husbands they have in their harems, ranging anywhere from the tens to the hundreds, and even a rare few in the thousands. In these lands, five men; Zev Dubois, Cassius Montgomery, Jaxon Novak, Ezra Larsen, and Axel Dimitrov are anomalies. They're stronger than any male that has existed, physically and in terms of magical capabilities. The extent of their power is unknown, but it's speculated that they are more powerful than women also. Their power and wealth has earned them a high status without having to marry a wife to gain it, something that was impossible before them. They are seen as a threat by the Council. In an attempt to control them, the Council orders that they must each take a wife in hopes that she can tame these men who show signs of being dominant. The women of Asorix stumble over one another trying to take at least one of the five as a husband for their harem because of their looks, money, and status in society that would all become their own. During this time the five men come across Damanea, a woman who isn't like the rest. She's the opposite of what women in their world are like.
