This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!! After the battle at Cassandra's Tower, Varian finds the broken shard of the Moonstone. But doesn't tell Rapunzel. What happens after Zhan Tiri is gone, but a shard of the moon remains? In Varian's hands no less? This takes place after the finally, but somehow Varian got hold of the Moonstone shard after that fight.
