After being left behind by All Might on the rooftop, Izuku starts to see the world in a different way. He realises he doesn't need to be a hero to save people. A vigilante will do. And Aizawa is a tired caterpillar who cares too much for the kitten who roams the streets.

After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. What makes a hero? There wasn't really a right or wrong answer. Some said it was how many people you save, regardless of your initial intentions. Others argued it was how powerful you were in terms of defeating villains. To Midoriya Izuku, it was your intentions and beliefs. It was if you chose to do the right thing. It was having a kind heart. So why, when he stood before the number one hero - his idol, his inspiration, the man who gave him the will to live - did he feel heartbroken? That wasn't what a hero was supposed to make civilians feel, right? They were supposed to protect and comfort. Not crush dreams. Or; Midoriya Izuku is only a middle-schooler. A kid. There is only so much a kid can take... And an interaction with his idol pushed him a little too far. But that small push might've changed his life forever... Obviously, the media loves a young bad boy with a good heart and a mysterious identity, and it doesn't take long for him to become internet-famous.

They are treated to a sort of rehab facility to try to make them become better people in a plea deal they took instead of getting jail time. The sequel to Izuku is a Therapist For Villains. This time in the reform program. Izuku has to deal with the eleven members of the yakuza that his friends (both hero and villain) had to fight at one point in their lives. Izuku becomes a therapist for each and every yakuza member of the Shie Hassaki. And they don't know exactly how to feel about the weird, overly nice therapist. And just like last time, they are treated to a sort of rehab facility in the middle of nowhere to try and reform them. If they fail the reform, they go back to jail. And from the looks of it, they won't be as easy dealt with then the League of Villains.

Despite the need for a long break, Midoriya Izuku gets called back to reform to top members of the Meta Liberation Army. But something tells him this won't be as easy as the others. But anything is better than dealing with the drama back at home. This is the third book of Therapist! Izuku Series.
