This is a Grey's Anatomy fan fiction based off the death of Derek Shepherd. Following the episode (11x21) "How to Save a Life", everyone's lives are changed...forever. In my fanfic, this is what I think Grey's Anatomy would be had Derek lived. *Note: I apologize in advance if any of the surgical parts of my story are in accurate, I'm not a doctor yet*
