What if Shredder had Baxter Stockman create a highly distilled, more potent form of Karai's venom that kills within an hour of administering? What if Shredder planned to inject this venom into one of the turtles in order to draw Hamato Yoshi out of hiding? What if he succeeds? Splinter and his sons are eager to avenge their dead sibling. But...is he really gone?

A bad fight with his brothers leads Raphael to leave the safety of the lair. He stumbles upon the Mighty Mutanimals settling into their new hideout. Still deeply affected by some of his brothers' insinuations from the fight they had earlier, Raphael decides to stay with the Mighty Mutanimals for a little while. But what will happen while they are on patrol and things go horribly wrong? More importantly, what will Raph's brothers think?

Raphael has a theory and his brothers and father basically shoot it down, but the hothead's instincts are assuring him that he's right. Along the way to prove himself to his family, Raphael faces countless perils, old enemies, and possibly even a budding friendship. This is a fic about the temperamental turtle and his individual growth on his journey towards understanding. Set in the 2014 TMNT Movie Verse.

Tmnt-2012 After falling into a tub of unstable mutagen, Raph is turned into a baby! He desperately needs his big brother's protection until a cure can be found...and the brothers learn what Raph truly thinks of them!

Raph is not an open book. He keeps the pain on the inside. Covers pain and sorrow with anger. It doesn't help that he fights with Leo. Leo is his hero. Ever sense they were kids. But every time he sees him he feels anger. Every time he tries to speak to him Leo walks away. Hurting him. Shattering him. But Leo will notice. Maybe... Hopefully.
