Saoirse keerwin thrives in loud atmospheres, the quiet is unsettling yet her life seems to be quite.constantly she battles the silence of unspoken words from her father and brothers unspoken thoughts, opinions worries about her condition are left, ingrained into their minds every time the look at her.
Loud noises, make her jump with excitement, voices being heated whether it's an argument, fireworks, laughter it fills her with life and makes it easier to remember than the quiet ones.
The tune of her violin had to be her favourite it wasn't too loud nor to quiet it ringed in her ears perfectly, smphonicly beautiful.
Now she would barely hear one,not up close to her ears perfectly as she'd lean against it,not with her whole body trembling and misplaced twitching fingers.
Not with playing the wrong cords as a lack of remembrance.
It wasn't loud enough.
Huntington's,Huntington's disease.
Saoirse's life changed with her diagnosis. The world became quieter.
She learned to like the quiet.
Yet nothing stays quite for long not with two loud older brother, one with the constant theme tune of jingles and jangles of nickels in his pockets like a wind chime and the other a musician.
And a certain junior doctor whoms quietness speaks waves of volume and intrigue during her hospital visits.
