(The Tale of Toji Yamagato)
Yamagato Toji looks to be a bad-assed 18 year-old from a small town on the Hokkaido island of northern-Japan. He rides a classic motorcycle, smokes and drinks whenever the desire arises... but his cousin knows who he really is; just a geek that happened to have decent genes...
After his parents sell their business, he finds himself moving in with his aunt, her husband, and the damned princess-like cousin that caused him no small amount of grief while growing up.
As he tries to sort himself and his life out, he struggles to keep his secrets in check from the prying eyes and people around him. But things start looking up, thanks to re-connecting with his former baby-sitter, and new friendships he forms with his cousin’s most trusted companions…and their Shinto Gods...
Will Toji be able to figure out how to live alongside his cousin? Will he be able to overcome his past and forge a new future full of friendship and love? And will he come to understand that, around the rural town of Gotari, everyone has their own little secrets?

This novel contains graphic depictions of sexual intercourse involving 17, 18, and 22 y/os; depictions of tobacco/alcohol use of 17, 18, and 22y/os; naughty language full of dirty curse-words; and deals with topics including received-child-abuse, depression leading to suicidal thoughts, and various religious stuffs. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a love-story.) (I’m really not trying to break all the content-guidelines, I swear.)
