This is a Supernatural fan-fiction story about Sam, Dean and Cas, inspired by the cover picture: 'Sam - You never saved the world Castiel - You were never an Angel Dean - You never went to Hell Team Free Will as mental patients It's all in your head' The one part I didn't use from the pic, is that they are not portrayed as mental patients, but the other parts stuck and are pretty important.
