After a few days of feeling like someone is watching him, Hwang Hyunjin ventures to his friend Felix's apartment to seek some peaceful sleep. What bothers him is that nothing changes, and Felix even begins to say he hears Hyunjin mumbling and sometimes even screaming that gets soon cut off by what he assumes to be Hyunjin falling back asleep. One night Felix decides to stay in the room with Hyunjin while he sleeps, as Felix's eyes start to flutter closed, and he hears Hyunjin scream his eyes shoot open. He was living his ordinary life until an Angel named Lee Felix came into his life. Hyunjin's toxic ancestors had killed all Angels in the past. How was Felix alive? As Hyunjin tried to uncover the mystery, he fell in love with the Angel, although it was forbidden for Maniacs to love Angels. But Hyunjin, as the most powerful and intelligent Maniac, didn't even to bother to not care about the rules his ancestors had set up. He would do anything, even kill for his Angel.
