In the year 2090, 20 years after the end of World War III, teenage orphan Leon Meinov is granted powers of his own. With rising tensions across the country and the appearance of gifted individuals using their powers for evil, Leon must learn his powers and what he wants to use them for as he navigates his way through life in post-war America.
