Cypress, being exactly where he shouldn't be, peered over the boulders at the tipped-over red thing. Humans were notorious for drowning in the rushing river and for some reason, they never seemed to learn their lesson. He thought about bringing it back to the cave, but his brothers would be mad. He could already hear their irritated voices yelling at him to get rid of it and to stop going past the edge of the forest. Cypress just couldn't leave it alone though. He looked around before jumping over the set of boulders and making his way to the water. Picking up the piece of flimsy material and studying it, he shook his head and grunted.
