As someone who was a fan back when the first chapter dropped (drifted a bit when the brainrot stuff came out), BUT came back and relearned all the lore and learning more lore I have also done research. Her restaurant has been her whole life ever since she lived in a new world where food is the center of everything. The world of the Gourmet Age! Then when her friend named Komatsu needs help to bring back some rare meats as part of a menu, the two meet a Gourmet Hunter named Toriko to help them find what they need. Along the way, she meets three other Gourmet Hunters. They (plus Toriko) are known as... The Four Heavenly Kings. Now, Kimiko along with her friends and her Pokemon will follow many adventures, leading them to battle ferocious beasts, explore dangerous environments, find rare meats, and confront the Gourmet Corp, a criminal organization seeking to control the world's food supply.
