Hello there! My name is Aleia, and I'm a vegan. No, I don't only eat fruits and vegetables. No, I haven't dropped dead of nutrient deficiency. No, protein is the least of my problems. No, I haven't overdosed from excessive soy consumption. No, my meals aren't bland and unappetizing. I enjoy tasty veganized versions of mac n' cheese, chili, lasagna, enchiladas, spaghetti, pizza, onion rings, fries, nachos, pancakes, and so much more nearly every day. Today I'll be sharing with you why I became a vegan (including Biblical references to back up my statements), replying to frequently asked questions and criticisms of veganism, and giving tips & advice to people wanting to transition to veganism or live a more compassionate lifestyle. *These are my own personal beliefs. Even if you don't follow a vegan lifestyle, I still respect you and your choices. I understand not everyone has come to the same conclusions as me, but I do hope this can help to inspire others to be more conscious in the decisions they make!* "The righteous care for the needs of their animals, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel." Proverbs 12:10 NIV
