After the Superior Spiderman incident and getting his body back from the late Otto Octavius he was betrayed by nearly everyone and was not only that, but he was disowned by the Parker family, the Web Warriors turned their back on him as well, so did the Fantastic Four along with Valerie and Franklin, most of the the X man, and the Avengers as well as none of them believed him as a few of the citizens of New York believed in his innocence as Mary Jane and a few of his exes didn't even believe him either as when they saw him it was nothing but disgust and he was attacked by everyone whenever he tried to save them as he was fighting the Green Goblin instead of praise he was arrested by the police and his identity was also revealed by Tony Stark as he unmasked Peter Parker live on TV as all his villains learned who is Spiderman as he was unmasked by Tony Stark live on air as he was taken to The Raft where his old foes are at waiting for his trial and right before he was about to be declared guilty a new Spiderman who is called the Emperor Spiderman who not only revealed the truth of the Superior Spiderman incident but is also the son of Peter Parker.

The Avengers, X-Men (except for Logan and Hope) and Fantastic Four leave him, and so does Mary Jane, who decides to date someone else. The only ones who believed in him were The Defenders, Logan, Hope and Deadpool. (Deadpool: Of course. I mean, who read the comics know that all of that mess was Doctor Octopus' fault.) Days later, a female saiyan warrior came to Earth, looking for someone worthy of her, and she found it in Spider-Man. When she heard his tragic story, she swore to kill all of the Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic Four one by one. Fake Heroes better watch out for the one who will soon known as the Strongest in the Universe.

In doing so, he perverted everything that Peter or rather Spider-Man had stood for and in the process destroyed a lot of friendships, burned a lot of bridges and had turned friends and family against him. Now that Peter has regained control, he had been fighting a losing battle in restoring his honor and his name. Not to mention the very heroes that he used to look up to, fought beside or even see as family, it turns out they weren't what they seemed. With so called "heroes" and rouges gunning after him, Peter has opted to stop pulling his punches... even more now that he found something of his own that he will die protecting. So enters...
