The plot follows an investigation conducted by the Scarlet Super spy in the fictional warring countries of Westonia and Eastails, You Scarlet or better known as Agent Scarlet Rose to find her fellow agent Gray Radius whose she shares a complicated past from the secret organization, The Garden, who they both are a part off.
