How long can you possibly keep a secret? Because the Alpha Beta Pi sisters believe that you either seal your lips, or you die. Twenty years ago, Bethel Grenvich was invited to join the Alpha Beta Pi, the most prestigious sorority on campus. Against her mother's wishes, she sneaked off to the initiation and never came back. Her body was found a week later, inside a badly covered grave; and no one could explain what had happened. No one, that is, except the Alpha Beta Pi sisters. For twenty years, this has been their best kept initiation secret, and when Alicia, a new initiate is let in on it, she can't help but wonder what she is getting herself into. What she doesn't know yet is that the Alpha Beta Pi is more than just a sorority, and what they guard is more than just a secret. This is not just an initiation into a sorority, it is an initiation into a pact of death. Question is, would you spill a secret to save a life? Because then, yours might just... end.

MAY 2020: This novel was my baby when I was graduating high school and beginning college in 2016! It's also horribly written, has zero depth and the concept is not even close to being developed properly. I've rewritten it as a script with so many changes, updates and actual depth, and it's about halfway done. I'm a slow gal, I spent like 3 years writing a novel only to wind up hating it, so, read at your own risk. You can always ask me for the script, it's a huge passion project of mine. [A rapidly progressive affair that begins with an argument on the meaning of love becomes an unhealthy disaster. While Marley always despised her sister, she hadn't expected to fall in love with her new husband. ]

"You have to pick your battles, big brother. You can't fight them all." "I can try." (in which a house full of hearts chases life too differently.)

Who ever said your dream boy couldn't be real? Zoella Hartman does. She thinks that her dream boy only exists, well, in her dreams. Or at least his personality and attitude did while his physical appearance looked very much like the hot-looking male mannequin she passed by at work everyday. Then one night, during her shift, she wishes on a shooting star. And anything can happen when you wish on a shooting star. Who ever said your dream boy couldn't be real? Zoe doesn't even know how to answer that anymore.

" ...you're white." "The salt to your pepper, baby." ------------------------------------------- Nadine McCullen is a girl who has the hands to cook the goods and the stomach(sometimes stomachS) eat it. After a particularly successful shot at a culinary contest (resulting in her clinching THE blue ribbon), she accepts a job in The Black Men's Stove--the first All-Dark-Skinned, male kitchen, and lands herself in an unfortunate situation with an even more unfortunate individual: Cooking the leek special (re: trying to make leeks look appetizing) for Wednesdays and Fridays, sharing the cutting-board with the likes of Kiro, (self-proclaimed) culinary genius, and his (admittedly) beautiful cheekbones and (admittedly, the rest of his hot self). Navigating the kitchen, dealing with sexist stereotypes, and in-between slicing spring-onions and squealing over bromance(s), things will get more than a little spicy.
