Yuki and Konomi have grown up, have been dating for years and both go together in the last year at the University of Tokyo. Even Yuki still has a somewhat cold attitude towards Konomi, however, it is not like Naoki's since, he has begun to identify his own feelings and recognizes this, thanks to the fact that he grew up with Kotoko and has been with Konomi since They were very young, however, Yuki has been jealous these past few weeks since Konomi has met a boy who has become her friend, but has not realized that he has other intentions with her. What is Yuki going to do about it ?

After Naoki and Sahoko finally announce their engagment, Kotoko once and for all remember her place in the Irie family. The story is based on Japanese version of Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo 2. It begins when Naoki went to Kobe and Kotoko was studying hard to become a nurse. She went to visit him in Kobe after 2 months since he went and then decided to concentrate on her studies. She had approx. 10 months left for the final national examination to become a nurse. But it's Kotoko. How can anything go right without a fight in her case! I don't own Itazura Na Kiss or the characters. But the story-line is mine and I introduced a few more characters. Enjoy!
