En esta historia veremos lo que paso después de que Annie se descongelara, después de lo sucedido ya nadie confiaba en ella, a excepción de una, Ackerman era la única que aún confiaba en ella se armó de valor y fue con el comandante, a pedirle permiso de vigilar a Annie tras varias discutas por fin llegaron al acuerdo, y ahora Mikasa se encarga de vigilar a Annie, para evitar que los vuelva a traicionar, pero con el tiempo ambas empiezan a sentir algo más que una simple amistad.
