A collection of short stories, all centered around the idea of superpowers. Most of the characters are connected, though each story can be read separately on its own. Author's Note: My hope is that you'll grow as attached to these characters as I have. I rely almost completely on outside inspiration for these stories. If you have any ideas let me know! It will probably be used for the next story!

The Tragedy of Julius Caesar (First Folio title: The Tragedie of Iulius Cæsar) is a history play and tragedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written in 1599. "The Picture of Dorian Gray" tells of a young man named Dorian Gray, the subject of a painting by artist Basil Hallward. Basil is impressed by Dorian's beauty and becomes infatuated with him, believing his beauty is responsible for a new mode in his art. Dorian meets Lord Henry Wotton, a friend of Basil's, and becomes enthralled by Lord Henry's world view. Espousing a new hedonism, Lord Henry suggests the only things worth pursuing in life are beauty and fulfilment of the senses.

In-between words there is that sitting still. Staring at the screen or off in the distance, your eyes are not seeing outward. ... A question invited itself in. Perhaps due to something read, or seen or heard; perhaps an old odd one resurfacing for another try. Or simply, a reaction to a momentary action- like spilling coffee on the keyboard. I want to know.
