As Deku left UA to become a vigilante to try to stop Shigaraki and All For One, he runs into Himiko Toga who has left the L.O.V temporarily due to losing her dear friend Twice, who was killed by the pro hero Hawks. since leaving the L.O.V she has been questioning if she is even worth saving. And that's where Deku comes in to tell her what he thinks about her situation.

"All men are not created equal." That was a lesson Izuku learned at just 4 years old, and even now that still holds true. Only now the scales have tipped in his favor. Now Izuku was told he can be a hero by both the No.1 Hero and the No.1 Villain

When finding out what his quirk is, Inko was told it was All for All. Hearing this she was devastated to find it's kind of like his fathers quirk. All for One.
