Dark follow up of the prequel Brother's Employee, Jake and Michael continue to remain living their lives regularly. When James, the obvious asshole, seems to be getting worse in terms of mental health, conflict rises. New people are met, and traumas are shared. Somehow, Michael, Jake, and the others keep noticing people are disappearing, and Jhonny seems to be spiraling downhill. Now, there are questions that have to be answered. Who is the reason as to why James is doing this? Why are people disappearing? Where did they go? ...and is it possible a different universe is out there?

Michael Cartman is just an ordinary 23 year old janitor who has a twin brother and works for an asshole named James Hooverwood. Michael HATES James, but when he learns James has a brother-Jake Hooverwood- that seems to be romantically interested in Michael, feelings get complicated. Michael has always been the uptight person, and tries to let go of undecided situations when not knowing what to do. However, he has to learn to sort things out this time when on a drunken night, certain words get spilled.
