Keith Kogane. He works in a small Diner along with his older brother Shiro and younger sister Pidge. When his sister is chosen at random to meet a prince, he goes with her. A fancy ball, fancy food, fancy people. Pidge is arranged to be married to the prince, although she doesn't seem to like him, Keith on the other hand, does. A lot. Lance McClain. Royalty. A prince to be exact. When his parents throw him a ball, in hopes of him meeting a lady, something different happens. His parents find a girl for him, themselves, and arrange for the two to be married. Taking place in the events after season six (and before seven), this is the story of Lance who's a boy with a broken heart and confused moral compass and of Keith, who's the boy to help Lance face his demons while he tries to conquer his own in the process. Being a male omega is difficult. And being on the school soccer team constantly surrounded by mostly alphas filled to the brim with raging hormones doesn't help. Keith is the striker on the Altea High School soccer team. He is considered to be the best player on the team and always has a spot on the starting line up. He's the only omega on the team and one of the only male omegas in the entire school. He's a loner with depression and social anxiety. To make everything worse, his home life isn't the best. His mother isn't in the picture and his father is an abusive drunk. The only person in his life who seems to care is his older brother, Shiro. Lance is the central defender for the soccer team. He is outgoing and a major flirt. He is the middle sibling of a family of five. Though he flirts with everything on two legs, the only person that has his eye is the loner of the school. Loud and excitable, everybody seems to get along with him. Everyone except Keith.

Each and every one of them found their own path in life, finding their purpose, their meaning in life and their reason to keep going even after being through so much. None of the paladins stayed in touch, and it had been three years since they last saw eachother, but none of them seemed to mind. They were seen as heros, they were remembered, and they were happy. Even though they lost contact. Now, you must be thinking to yourself, Where's Lance in that description? I'll tell you where he is. He's on a farm. Depressed. Forgotten. Alone. Until all of that finally changed when an old friend, or maybe more appropriately, an old teammate, suddenly appeared at his doorstep.
