This is the sequel to 'Kotlc Sleepover', but can be read alone. When monsters start appearing in the Forbidden Cities, Sophie and her friends are sent by the Black Swan to investigate. They are sent to a human school in Manhattan, where they meet some other teens, Annabeth Chase, and Percy Jackson. Turns out they aren't the only ones investigating there.

Keefe Sencen is tired. His mom has thrown him and Foster into a cell, and Fitz is being tortured for information. Foster is getting hopeless and worried and Keefe really wants to find a trash can to vomit. Percy Jackson just wants a small date. Annabeth wants to take him to a flower site just before they start their senior year. But of course, there are no breaks, and they find some real power at the sight. Too much power for a demigod. It might just kill them all. +++++ Or, Percy meets two strange teens while on a date with Annabeth, and it's blatantly obvious that the power they hold would only be fit for monsters. Oh well, there goes your perfect day.

This story is based on the idea that in book one of Keeper of the Lost Cities, The Neverseen were successful in capturing Dex and Sophie and washing their minds and the Black swan could not save them as Sophie gets tricked into believing, the black swan is the bad guys are she needs to destroy them.

Sophie Foster is a normal teenager in San Francisco, and she is in college with her best friends, Biana and Fitz Vacker and Dex Diznee. Everything in her life is running smoothly, that is, until her whole world is flipped upside down by Keefe Sencen.
