As time grew on, the frame's cracks grew deeper and larger, all to the point Adrien could barely think straight. Many more dark things had awaited him those months ago, and everything that had hit him recently was too much for him to handle. Romance had hit the boy's heart, and he had been betrayed and traumatized; all the roots of these problems being caused by the man he had used to call his father. Being Chat Noir no longer made him happy, and Adrien had no longer felt a drop of joy. He started to blame himself for his problems, beginning to believe his father's words; that he was a criminal and a disappointment to his name. Adrien can't begin to comprehend the crisis that has begun because of his selfish use of his miraculous gem. And, he won't know, until it's too late for him to fix anything.
