After a near disaster, Hiccup and Astrid decide to visit Berk, leaving Fishlegs in charge of Dragon's Edge. However, things take a turn for the worse when Hiccup detours to answer a distress call and gets much more than he bargained for. With the Dragon Eye and Hiccup's own life in the balance, it's up to the other Riders to save the Edge and their leader. Hiccup was always considered the weakling of the village, he was bullied, pushed around and beaten up by all the other teens, even his cousin and the girl he loved. but it was only until one day when he shot down a night fury the most feared dragon in the whole archipelago, the so called offspring of lightning and death itself. But when he couldn't kill the dragon he took the other option... and trained it. him and toothless were the best of friends but one day when he is chosen to kill the monstrous night mare in dragon training , he can't handle it so he runs away on the back of toothless, but only for the two to be snatched up by dragons. but 5 years later when hiccup returns to Berk, he is not the hiccup they all once knew.

This story is of how Hiccup and the team are 20 years old now, Hiccup has his own place as does his team. After Hiccup and astrid start to date a new threat arises to take out Berk but will Hiccup take it? Will he fight to the end to save the ones he loves and his home? Well find out

She attends a new school after moving into a new house with her mom and settling in. She meets a boy named Hiccup and thinks, 'Why would he be any different?'

It's the second semester of Astrid Hofferson's junior year, what can possibly go wrong? The new year doesn't exactly start off on a good foot when Astrid manages to run over a stranger on the first day back in school. It doesn't really get any better when it turns out her partner for the 'Big Presentation' of the semester is the same guy.
