Thee Art of Murder II
this a sequel to Thee Art of Murder, and a parallel narrative spinoff to Chase's Murder Mystery II The timeline's been reversed and love blossoms again wedding bells ring and
Love was supposed to be the ending.
The ring. The vows. The forever.
For Rocky, it was only the beginning.
Married to Chase at last, bound by law and promise, Rocky should have found peace. Yet devotion curdles when obsession refuses to sleep. Even with Chase by his side, the fear gnaws at him like salt on an open wound-the fear of losing him, of being overlooked, of becoming invisible.
So Rocky starts over.
New rules. New justifications. Same sacred purpose.
When people drift too close... when eyes linger too long... when the world dares to remind Rocky that Chase is still seen, still wanted-his love sharpens once more. What begins as protection becomes ritual. What becomes ritual becomes art.
As bodies fall and suspicions rise, Rocky balances the mask of a devoted husband against the storm raging beneath his calm smile. Chase believes the nightmare is behind them.
Rocky knows better.
Because marriage didn't cure the obsession.
It crowned it.
And love, when twisted enough, will always demand a sacrifice.
