Since the arrival of All Might crime rates have decreased significantly in Japan, but there's still one problem hero's are unable to do anything about. Corruption in the government has led to the increase of child trafficking, so much so that any child is lucky to not have been kidnapped by the age of 6. What hero's are unable to do though is easily done by the vigilante Karma, a hero to the people. Izuku had a rough life. His father wasn't in the picture, his mother and her boyfriend were not the best, neither were their friends. He had minimal places he felt safe, and when he got his quirks, it only got worse. His best friend became the cruelest person ever. His life turned upside down.

Izuku doesn't like heroes, most are fake, they like money and popularity. Izuku knew that his new home needed a hero, left with few choices, he became his own hero. how does Izuku manage to get through his new life, with new people and challenges? Can he really trust these new people?

Midoriya Izuku has always had a sharp mind. He aims to transfer to the U.A. Heroics course from the Support Course. He knows he's smart enough to get in, and he's always been gifted with making things. He just never thought his items would be of use to him before U.A. Tsukauchi Naomasa never expected a phone call from a twelve-year-old child who'd been kidnapped by villains. Who was still in the hands of villains. But he'd be damned if he let this kid die. A fic about Izuku being kidnapped by the LoV, but staying on the phone with Tsukauchi, Eraserhead, and Present Mic the whole time.

When he was 4, Izuku was deemed Quirkless. Having two joints in your pinky toe was a sure way to prove if one was born with a Quirk or not. There were only ever 2 cases in all of documented Quirk History where someone with the extra joint had developed a Quirk, so it was with absolute 100% certainty that the doctor had informed the crushed child and devastated mother that he would never develop one. He was wrong. A story where Izuku has an immortality Quirk that he finds more annoying than anything else. Featuring a Detective Tsukauchi who's practically adopted our favorite Green Bean.
