That's where the young prince almost met his end, until he was saved by none other than the princess of the Del kingdom herself, Aria Lord.

Aria Lord is the Empress of Del, branded a cruel tyrant after her father. Del is a kingdom poisoned by darkness, barely any light shines past the thick miasma of the land, as opposed to their neighboring kingdom Ninjago. Years ago, the realm's creators battled for control, and Aria's father lost. A single agreement kept the kingdoms separated. Aria's been on the throne for almost 100 years now, in the fight for the realm she lost both her parents and her trusted servant. As a dragon, she knew she had another thousand years before she would leave the world, and she was already over it. So when the prophecy of the green ninja surfaced, she couldn't have been happier, because the tyrant wanted to die.

Aria Lord is the daughter of the Overlord, but instead of following in her father's evil footsteps she chose to stay with Sensei Wu and became a ninja. Aria is joined by Kai, Zane, Jay, Cole, and eventually the destined green ninja. Together they're the protectors of Ninjago. Aria X Lloyd
