In the possibility that Palpatine would betray him, Count Dooku instructed his secret apprentice, Jack Trevelyan, to oversee a contingency plan, to reconstruct the Droid Army and a secret project: Project Rebirth. Hidden in a secret facility on the remote planet, Virmire, located in the Unknown Regions. Jack had his Tactical Droid, Axiom, oversee the reproduction of the Droid Army and Project Rebirth and enters cryo-stasis to preserve his youth, reawakening once the time comes. In time, the Confederacy of Independent Systems will return to resume its original purpose: free the Galaxy from the corruption of the Republic, now the Empire. While traveling to California for the dispute of the final race of the Piston Cup racing season against The King and Chick Hicks, the famous Lightning McQueen and Braedey 'Bolt McQueen' Martin, accidentally damage the road of the small town called Radiator Springs, and the two are sentenced to repair it. Lightning McQueen and Braedey Martin have to work hard and find friendship and even love in the simple locals of Radiator Springs, changing its values during their stay in the small town, and becoming a true winner, and telling us that there's more to the race than just the finish line.
