Wilbur was a young boy at the masquerade his parents has hosted for the town since their rich and royal, Wilbur met a ravenette outside the party. An unforgettable moment, its been 17 years after that happened he wanted to find this boy again but he was no where to be seen. Will they meet again? "Ah shit, I missed the real target." Wilbur works for an agency that kills people, particularly rich people. But while on a mission when he almost dies, he is saved by someone with a very accurate shot. He meets another assasin from a different agency, something he's never knew of before. Of course seeing the skill and attractiveness he can't really just let him go... Quackity works for a different agency that seeks to be better than all the rest, that means more missions and more training, most importantly rich. It takes a very long time to get up in the ranks and he has spent much time there. But when tasked to kill a particular dangerous assasin he realizes he might not be a threat at all, until he gets captured that is.

He was going from bush to bush from building to building, just to be close to him. Its almost as if he's staking him, but that can't be. Right?
