Summary Xiao Zhan has been sickly since childhood-so fragile that his family never lets him lift a finger. Fed by his father and brother, wrapped in care, and protected from the world, he lives a quiet, sheltered life... until he suddenly transmigrates into a novel. Worse-he becomes the villain. In the original story, the real young master of the Wang family was switched at birth with another baby. Wang Yibo grows up as the beloved young master of the powerful Wang family, while the real heir, Xiao Zhan, is raised in an ordinary middle-class home. When the original Xiao Zhan is ten, his parents die, and he survives alone by working part-time jobs, growing up cold, bitter, and exhausted. At nineteen, an accident exposes the truth. The Wang family brings him back-but their hearts still belong to Wang Yibo. Consumed by jealousy and resentment, the original Xiao Zhan becomes cruel and vicious, desperately trying to steal back love that was never given to him. In the end, he dies at the hands of the Wang family-the very people who should have been his. Now, the new Xiao Zhan wakes up in that doomed body-with a system and one very clear goal: > Stay far away from the Wang family. Stay alive. Live peacefully. When the Wang family comes looking for him, Xiao Zhan flat-out refuses to acknowledge them. "No, nope, absolutely not. What if you sell my kidney? You rich people are scary." He wants nothing to do with wealth, status, or "family." He works part-time jobs, hides his identity, and just wants to survive quietly. But fate doesn't let him go. The Wang family starts noticing him. And Wang Yibo-cold, ruthless, emotionally distant to everyone-starts watching him too. At first, it's guilt. He knows Xiao Zhan is the real young master. He knows he should give everything back. Then it becomes concern.Then... something far more dangerous. The boy he was supposed to hate, the "villain" from the story, slowly becomes the one person he can't look away from.

I reincarnated into the brutal world of shinobi. To avoid becoming cannon fodder in the bloody Ninja Wars, I made the smartest choice possible: I became a Medical-nin. Stay in the backlines, heal some scrapes, and survive. That was the plan, anyway. Then, I awakened the [Miracle Savior System]. The rules were simple: Heal the injured, resurrect the dying, and farm god-tier rewards. Suddenly, the Shinobi world gained a terrifyingly "helpful" anomaly. Orochimaru: "Chiba, Nawaki's body is half-charred. His internal organs are fried. He is beyond saving." Me: "Stand back. I can fix him." 【Ding! Target Saved. Rewarded: Flawless Senju Bloodline (and Tsunade's eternal gratitude)!】 Anbu Operative: "Lord Sakumo's body has been cold for hours. It's over... let's just collect his corpse." Me: "Did I say he was dead? Move." 【Ding! Target Saved. Rewarded: Supreme Physique (Eight Inner Gates Unlocked)!】 The Entire Ninja World: "Are you out of your f*cking mind?! WHY WOULD YOU HEAL HIM?!" I didn't care about their screams. I only cared about the beautiful blue holographic screen flashing before my eyes: 【Ding! Target Saved. Rewarded: The Rinnegan & Six Paths Senjutsu!】 Years later, after emptying the System's reward pool, I looked at my hands in confusion. Weren't the Otsutsuki supposed to be self-proclaimed Gods? Why couldn't they even survive a single slap from a humble Medical-nin like me? [Warning: The MC is extremely pragmatic. He doesn't save enemies out of kindness; he farms them for loot. Fast-paced, ruthless progression, and maximum face-slapping!]

In this world, approximately 60% of the global population is born with a Quirk. A superpower that defines their social standing and career. Quirks range from the magnificent elemental control, superhuman strength to the mundane like minor telekinesis, intensified senses. However the remaining 40% are viewed through a lens of systemic prejudice and pity, if not outright contempt. They are treated as an obsolete evolutionary step, a drain on resources, in the eyes of the empowered, worthless and expendable. Though officially protected, laws are weakly enforced, and "accidents" involving the Quirkless rarely result in serious investigations or charges against the Quirked. "Quirkless people are useless." "You'll never amount to anything." Torment is brought upon those who are less fortunate. Those who are gifted are given praise and love. What can you do, that's just how the world works. But what if it didn't have to be that way, could a single person change the mindset of an entire planet? Y/N is a 16 year old quirkless boy living in the heart of a major, Quirk-dominated city. Yet despite that he's made it somehow he's made it into the world's most prestigious Hero academy.
