Albus Potter is suffocating under the weight of his name and looking for an escape. He finds it in Scorpius Malfoy, a boy with a fragile beauty and a haunted gaze, returning from exile with a scandalous reputation. But as Albus tries to get closer, he hits a wall of silence. Scorpius is hiding a secret. A secret that terrifies him, that breaks him a little more every day, and that strangely binds him to James Potter, Albus's older brother. In the castle's dark corridors, a dangerous game unfolds. Between budding love, consuming jealousy, and sordid blackmail, who will be the first victim? A dark dive into the psychology of a sacrificed generation. Warning: This story deals with mature themes (trauma, abuse, blackmail).

After defeating Delphi, Albus and Scorpius are back in Hogwarts, right in the middle of their fifth year. Things are wholly different, now. Scorpius and Rose are dating, walking hand-in-hand in the corridors and Albus cannot help but feel jealous of the two. The sweltering question was: why was he jealous? Some things, however, remained the same. The bullies. The prejudice. The uncertainty. But that wasn't the worst of it. Albus thought he could forget about the horrors of what had happened last year with Delphi, but after a sinister lesson orchestrated by a familiar face, it seems that the past has a firm grip on both Albus and Scorpius. It is up to the two of them to defeat their qualms once and for all: before history repeats itself. *I edited "The Inevitable Fate" to make Albus have brown skin since that's how I have always seen him. :) * *I do NOT support transphobic J.K. Rowling*

As they enter their 5th year at Hogwarts, following their eventful fourth year (some events from the cursed child may be mentioned in the story briefly), Scorpius Malfoy and Albus Potter are harboring two huge secrets. They completely and utterly adored each other. **Yes I am aware that technically this story would be set in modern times basically but I don't like the idea of phones and technology and stuff at hogwarts cuz it ruins the magic and charm of harry potter for me a lil so just go wit it..

The Potter name is nothing but a curse to the now sixteen-year-old Albus Potter. Although he might resemble his father physically, that is where the similarities end. Albus struggles to live up to the legacy of his father, feeling like a disappointment. Growing distant from his family, the only thing keeping him together is his best friend Scorpius Malfoy. But, because of his family, Harry is wary of his son's friendship with Scorpius, blaming him for Albus' change in personality. With the pressure of judgment, expectations, and his own mind, on his shoulders, Albus must figure out where his loyalties lie. A Cursed Child rewrite I, like many other fans, was disappointed with the plot of The Cursed Child, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. While I little bits or lines from the play that I thought were good, I completely changed the plot. So here is my version of The Cursed Child, with no queerbaiting, children of Voldemort, and absolutely no time travel!

Love is fragile. Rarely, it's fleeting. Albus knew the feeling very well. He held his adoration for his best friend - Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy - in his hand like a small, glass structure. If he were to slip or fall, it would shatter like a firework. He held on carefully; protecting it like it were a small, injured bird. Albus' heart often felt like that - a small, unprotected entity. He'd been foolish to believe that love was safe. It bloomed in his chest; a stupid, frilly flower that hardly hesitated to kill him from the inside out. One single action could fix his issue - he needed to tell Scorpius how he felt. Honestly, when paralleled with those two haunting decisions, he preferred to let the flowers bloom.
