Julie starts to see three ghosts from the band sunset curve and they soon become great friends.Together they start a band called Julie and the Phantoms. But what happens when she finds out her little sister Elli can see them too? Will they become friends, too? Julies friend, Olivia, moves back to Hollywood after living in England for 2 years. But what happens when she can see the boys too? Will she be able to get over her guilt and play music again.
