Francesca Dawson, a 19 year old woman, believed that she was one of the few lucky people who wouldn't get to experience the pain of marriage. She thought that she could live off of doing the laundry, dishes as well as taking care of her father, Harold, and even healing some wounds on the villagers by the help of her ability. And since she was considered as "poor" she thought that no one would notice her enough to wanna marry her. But no. One day, when she was going back home from doing the laundry, she found her father in the living room, together with a guard. The guard nodded towards her and her father before leaving. Then, Francesca's father explained that the dukes mother, Lady Vivianne Montague, had come to a conclusion. That Francesca Dawson, and the duke, Christopher Montague, should marry. (Make sure to read @Aileenloves story "Light & Oath" to get other characters perspectives. Hope you enjoy!❤️)

Lady Dahlia Rosalie Von Doreen was born into a wealthy family with high expectations. However- she was not one for following orders or trying to be the perfect Lady. Instead, she was more intrigued by the horrors behind myths and legends. Dahlia found comfort in sneaking out with her older brother Alistair, her own knight Keith, and of course her best friend Cheryl. She liked chasing ghosts- not expectations. But then, one particular day when Dahlia sneaks out, she finds a letter.. an invitation. It was to Illarion, the once happy and famous carnival which was not so long ago left untouched and cursed. She told Keith about it, and together they decided to go to Illarion together. Questions swarmed through Dahlia's head: Was she the only one who received a letter? Why just her? Did Keith plan this? What happens when she finally gets the answers to her questions, and it isn't as she would've expected it to be? Because in Illarion, nothing is never just that simple. And some thrones were built to break the ones sitting on them. TW: mentions of blood, adult theme, and violence. (This is yet another book that I'm writing with my best friend @aileenloves, so make sure to read her book "The puppeteer's court" 🫶).

Gabriella doesn't know if she wants to kill him or kiss him- but she knows one thing: she'll never forgive him for leaving her. What she doesn't know is that Richard was taken- imprisoned, tortured, and silenced by his own people. He stayed away to protect her. But the war between their worlds is growing colder. And the truth is more dangerous than either of them can imagine. - This story is a collab with my best friend @Aileenloves once again!

"Oh my god, is it really you Luciana?" I wasn't sure if that was meant towards me, since there's probably a thousand Luciana's around the world, so- I did what any reasonable person would do, and kept window shopping while minding my business. Well- I tried too, but then I saw an awfully familiar figure beside me, though it didn't really click as I turned to her. "Hazel Ford?" There was no way that my high school friend, was standing in front of me right now. "In the flesh." She smiled at me. I take back what I said, this was really Hazel. When I moved to New York with my parents, me and Hazel became friends in high school, and we kept on being friends until I moved back to Brazil, then I guess we both had things to think of and lost contact. We decided to grab a coffee together, and then she told me that she worked for the Starstruck Agency, basically a design/ model company, and she told me that she could put in a good word of me to her boss. Which I happily agreed to. - But what happens when the real reason as to why Luciana left Brazil comes back at her, full force? Would it change Luciana's life for the better or the worse? Warnings: They are over the age of 20 (young adults) so it'll probably contain a little something. But that's it, hope you enjoy! (This is a collab with my best friend @Aileenloves so go read her story as well; The Mark Of A Star)
