' She breathed in deeply, picking up on a faint and fresh scent of mint on him. "Even if it's only me, is that enough for you?" Loki purred with a knowing smile, still hugging her tightly, "am I enough for you?" Pulling her head away from his chest, she looked up into his eyes. They were much closer than she'd ever seen them before. Blues and greens danced in his irises, and the emotion of love was strongly defined around his being. "Even if only one will see me, it is enough," she confirmed quietly, "but you...are more than enough." She wasn't sure why the breath caught in her throat, or why she found herself nearly speechless under his charming gaze. And he wasn't sure how she'd managed to get under his skin and into his heart, but there was no doubting that fact. The joy on Loki's face at hearing that he was more than enough for this woman made her feel as though she were flying through space. ' • • • She crashed into Earth with no memories at all. Until a familiar face brought everything back. Being more powerful than the God of Mischief himself, she was charged with the mission of gaurding Loki during his imprisonment in the Avengers Tower. Finnley doesn't think that their life could get any worse. She believes that she is unwanted and unvalued, forgotten by the people that were supposed to love and care for her her entire life. She was told that their parents dropped her off on the steps of a shabby run-down orphanage and never looked back. However, soon Finnley will learn that this is actually far from the truth. Their life finally seems to be starting to take a turn for the better when they get a personal internship with none other than Tony Stark himself along with the resident nerd, Peter Parker. Even though Finnley is still fighting many of their personal demons, she starts to open up to those around her, but of course not too much. Finnley likes to think that they finally have a little control over their life, at least that is until some very strange happenings occur when an odd war criminal that claims to be a god shows up and suddenly everything Finnley thought they knew is thrown out the window. She believes that there is much more to the raven-haired greasy god than he lets on, and she is right. However, there is also a lot more that neither of them knows about the other that they will soon have to discover together.
