Winter is the daughter of Miracle Guy and is Wheels' twin sister, unlike her brother she has every power in the world although she only uses her ice powers. 2 Months before the alien invasion Winter mysteriously disappeared leaving her friends, Father, Brother, and her Boyfriend Wild Card. Almost everybody lost hope except for Wild Card the day that the alien invasion happened Winter appeared without an explanation.
