I thought that way about my life too, that no matter what, I would overcome it just like the heroes. I met my best friend when I was ten; the little winged boy that I saw clutching his Endeavor doll walk into my life randomly one day and soon became part of my life like he had always been there. My Father was attacked by a villain and his quirk stolen. The hero commission that I grew up with turned their backs on him and my family. Heartbroken over the loss of his quirk and livelihood, my Father took his own life. I was never the same after that. And my best friend who I had thought would stay by my side left instead to become the youngest pro hero in history and the second strongest hero in all of Japan, the winged hero Hawks.
