A family moved from Germany to Avonlea, and their daughter, Adelina goes to a school with interesting people, she doesn't know who likes and dislikes her. But, she befriends the girls, and a few boys, and everything is happy, until she meets a boy, who works at Anne Shirley's house; Jerry. They develop a strong attachement towards eachother, but sadly, after a few years, Adelina has to go back to Germany for 3 weeks.
