It a one shot story about Carlando

Its the Silverstone Grand Prix, Lando has caught a slight cold and the rain just keeps getting heavier. What could possibly go wrong? (Please note that I do not actively watch f1 nor am I the biggest fan. Everyone is most likely OOC in this fan fiction and for that I apologise. This is a one time story for me that I don't intent to repeat as it is far from my comfort zone to write.)

Lando clears his throat as he quickly reads out another statement from the dodgy website without thinking. "Never have I ever kissed a person of the same gender?" As soon as he says it, he regrets it. This is getting way too personal. He forces himself to look up at the older man in front of him, still trying to seem confident. There's silence for a few seconds. Lando can only hear his own heart beating as Carlos wets his lips and looks straight into his eyes very intensely. "Yes," is the older man's answer. Lando feels shocked, he really didn't expect that answer. "You what?" Curiosity builds up within him, and he hesitates to ask any further questions. - After a game of Never Have I Ever the dynamic between the two teammates changes forever. Lando stirs, his eyelids flickering as the sun finds its way through a crack in the curtain and shines a bright stripe over the bed and straight onto Lando's face. He grunts and gathers his strength to flip himself over and bury his face in the pillows. Just as he starts to turn, there's a low grunt coming only centimetres away, turning Lando's blood into ice for a split second. His eyes spring open, and after a few moments of adjusting to the light, his gaze fixes on the sleeping Spaniard next to him.
