The year is 9,090, humans have surrendered control of their home-world to two warring alien factions that have settled on Earth in hopes of gathering resourses to bolster their offensives against each other: they're the Nightwalkers and Solar-Striders respectfully; Razier Tairgren is the teenage first-born son of the Nightwalker Emperor, and heir to the entire Nightwalker Empire. Or so he was lead to believe: what started out as a mission to rescue his 'father' from a poorly led human resistance would soon become an entire rabbit-hole of seemingly endless randomness.

9090, the year everything went to shit; for the human race anyway. Alien invasion turned conquering that lead to subjugation, machine rebellions that would make the Terminator look like a playground bully, and near total extinction: good times...
