The world isn't just black and white - It's colourful. Sometimes you just need to open your eyes and discover all the colours. A story of how two very different boys with their own unique art style meet at an art competition, which doesn't go quite as planned. - "So, what's your piece about then?" I asked the jet black-haired boy, as he finished eating his rather dry-looking sandwich. He looked up at me, with eyes saying; 'did you seriously just ask that?', like I had asked about his deepest secret or something very private. Maybe I had, though? I had really just been trying to start a conversation. Art was a form of self expressionism, and a language without words. I learned that in art class years ago, but never really thought about it that much. Maybe this weird black-haired boy felt the same way about art as I did? I still had a lot to learn about art. And people. I was probably better off apologising. "Sorry, I didn't-" "I'm not telling you," he interrupted me, lifting himself up from the ground, and hurrying off behind one the high-rised buildings. "Just trying to make friends, Mr. Mysterious-black-haired-boy!" I shouted after him, laughing at the nickname I had just given him. -?!?!?!- Content / Trigger warnings : - Alcohol - Blood - Bullying - Cigarettes/smoking - Drugs -Homophobia - Mental illnesses - Mention of toxic relationships - Racism - Strong / hard language - Transphobia - Violence

FIRST 5 CHAPTERS NOW FULLY EDITED CURRENTLY REWRITING / EDITING!! "I don't care about losing people who don't want to be in my life anymore. I've lost people who meant the world to me and I'm still doing just fine." I jumped down from the old wooden table, and dusted myself off. "You're not fine, Elion." A warm hand was placed on my shoulder, but I quickly shook it off. I struggled to find words to disagree, and failed after many attempts of just opening my mouth and closing it again. I guess I wasn't fine after all. I paced around for a bit, before deciding to just walk out of the room. I was followed by two tall figures. Theo and Chase. Why couldn't they just leave me alone? Chase sat down next to me. "Hey, we'll get through this. We will be free from worries and war someday, and we will stick together forever." "Boys of Freedom," added Theo, and smiled. -
