Santa Pongsapak, the youngest son of their family, and Perth - the cold, successful CEO of Devil's Wings - are forced into an arranged marriage, a promise made between their grandmothers. Perth is furious and completely against it; he's a man who loves silence, order, and dark styles, and he doesn't even know Santa. But because he deeply loves his grandma, he agrees, with only one condition: the marriage will last for just one year. If he still doesn't fall in love by then, he's free to file for divorce.
On the other hand, Santa is overjoyed. He has secretly admired Perth since their college days, and this marriage feels like a dream come true for him. Unlike Perth, Santa is bright, cheerful, and loves everything light, colorful, and happy - total opposites in every way, from their personalities down to their tastes in design and food.
Right after their wedding, Perth makes his feelings clear: he tells Santa that he is only his husband on paper, nothing more. He avoids him at all costs - sleeping in a separate room, staying late at the office, ignoring the meals Santa cooks, and rejecting every effort Santa makes to please him. Santa, however, never gives up. Every day before sunrise, he prepares Perth's clothes, polishes his shoes, sets up his bath exactly how he likes it, and cooks his favorite meals - always hoping that one day Perth will notice and appreciate his love and care.
For six months, Santa endures the cold treatment, constant rejection, and Perth's deliberate distance. Even when Perth walks past him without a word or leaves the food he prepared untouched, Santa just smiles and keeps his faith, convincing himself to be patient. But deep inside, he is already bracing himself for the painful reality: that after one whole year, Perth might just hand him a signed divorce paper, ending everything he has been hoping for.
