In this universe, after Izuku goes home an infection from the slide villain leads him to go to the hospital for few days to gets rid of the infection inside his body. In this universe, instead of becoming a hero, a villain or a vigilante, Izuku becomes a famous HeroTuber I think this is a bit clingy so be warned I don't own the pictures or BNHA/ MHA.
