Ramona runs away after finding out her husband J has been unfaithful. She goes back home to a very different world and must find her way back within a fortnight.

This is the story of two boys that are, by some reason or another, stranded in the ever violent border city of Juarez. their struggles take place in an intensely dramatic and picturesque background, while focusing on the atrocious internal challenges that plague both boys. all the while, they escape the monsters of their day through the sanctity of the rooftop; where the laugh, cry, learn, and experience a world unique and tangible only to them.
