Just another cliche Coffee shop. Xiao was a boy who worked at a local small coffee shop. He was still in high school but didn't have much money, so he worked there every weekends to gain a bit to survive. One day, a blonde boy walked in with what seemed to be his sibling. He was quite attractive in the eyes of the employee but decided to push his feelings back, knowing he probably won't see him ever again. Disclaimer: -I do not own the characters. Aether has been looking for Lumine over 2 years. His hope fades more and more to the point where he decides to stop looking for his lost twin. He changes with made his friend worry for him but he couldn't care less. As Traveler gives up his love and loses expectation of finding his sister he starts to make new plan for his future. After some time Aether started to look for way to get out of this place or at least go somewhere far away. Some where where he will have chance to spend rest of his days peacefully. As Aether starts to realize his plan something he never thought of ever since he lost Lumine happens. Unexpected event makes him begin to reflect on his own actions and plans. Upon 'his' persuasion, he decides to give another chance to those people he already knew. He comes back to his 'home' and tries to start everything all over. Will it actually work? Will Aether finally be happy again? Will he let 'him' into his heart once again? From the author of Order of Unity, I present to you a new series called Palisades. This story takes place in Pacific Palisades, California. Xiao Alatus and Aether Luxor are both in their Junior year. Aether lived alone because of his affluence in the chain of yoga studios he started, named Alothera, whereas Xiao lived with his parents who were upper middle class but failed to give him the love and affection he needed from them. Xiao moved to Pacific Palisades in July, two weeks before the school year, from a town called Eureka in Northern California. Often, Xiao was regarded as the shy type, whereas Aether was very social.
