In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers? Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good? Just an AU I wanted to try out. The title is flowers because they're kinda cool and symbolizes some beautiful LGBTQ. Sunflowers represent Loyalty, Longevity, Adoration, and Happiness. The Green carnation represents my favorite thing... GAY! sorry but if you look at all my books, they all include LGBTQ relationships and stuff. Here's a quick summary: America is an autistic oldest child of Britain and France, but he's adopted like all his other siblings. Russia isn't the oldest but he's definitely the most mature, and his father, USSR, just died. Earlier America's youngest sibling suggested a sleepover with a bunch of different countries. So, America invited Russia for political reasons and his siblings invited others. Therefore, Russia invites the British-French family to his father's funeral. When something goes terribly wrong someone is terribly injured and America finds something that could lead to an uncomfortable adventure, investigation, and truth.

Based off Onyxxcrows animations, songs I liked, and my random brain leaks. This is gonna be a rusame btw. In the city of Pangaea, there have been disappearances and killings ever since the second world war ended, and superpowers appeared. After 1991 the USSR collapsed and the oldest son took the crumbling company's remains and rebuilt it, the USA disappeared mysteriously 3 years after the cold war. A leader of a secretive group is trying to bring a group of people down for so many reasons. Why are the disappearances and killings still happening after so long?
